Returns & Exchange Policy
- Redbrickshop.com only allows exchange of products which have been received by the customer in a damaged/ soiled condition.
- Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances
- Products that are eligible for exchange, can be returned under our exchange policy within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
- Products which have been sold on discount/ promotions are not eligible for exchange.
- The Redbrickshop.com Customer Support team needs to have received and approved your exchange request before further processing. Once your request has been received and approved, we will arrange for a pick-up at an agreed-upon time.
- In case your merchandise arrives damaged, you need to send us a photograph of the damaged product with the SKU number and Bar Code via email/ Whatsapp (details provided below). Your communication regarding any damaged items should be initiated by you within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Upon authorisation of return and receipt of the damaged product we will give you store credits equal to the price of the original product at which it was sold
- Shipping charges will not be credited back
