Returns & Exchange Policy
  1. only allows exchange of products which have been received by the customer in a damaged/ soiled condition.
  2. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances
  3. Products that are eligible for exchange, can be returned under our exchange policy within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
  4. Products which have been sold on discount/ promotions are not eligible for exchange.
  5. The Customer Support team needs to have received and approved your exchange request before further processing. Once your request has been received and approved, we will arrange for a pick-up at an agreed-upon time.
  6. In case your merchandise arrives damaged, you need to send us a photograph of the damaged product with the SKU number and Bar Code via email/ Whatsapp (details provided below). Your communication regarding any damaged items should be initiated by you within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  7. Upon authorisation of return and receipt of the damaged product we will give you store credits equal to the price of the original product at which it was sold
